DATA RETENTION

The periods below reflect how the platform is actually configured. If you need proof for longer periods, export the data before they expire:

• ›Campaign messages — 60 days after sending
• ›Individual/direct messages — 30 days
• ›Send tracking records — 60 days
• ›Delivery events — up to 90 days
• ›Security audit logs — 365 days
• ›Sign-in records (IP, browser, approximate location) — 365 days
• ›Contact records — until you delete them or close the account
• ›Billing documents — 10 years (fiscal obligation)

DATA DELETION

You can request deletion of your data at any time:

• ›Individual messages can be deleted from the Inbox
• ›Conversations can be archived or deleted
• ›Full account deletion available in account settings (irreversible after 30 days)
• ›GDPR Right to Erasure requests honored within 30 days

SMS COMPLIANCE

Wennov SMS routing complies with: GDPR (EU data protection), local telecom laws via partner providers.

DATA ENCRYPTION

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). The storage infrastructure uses full-disk encryption, and provider credentials, SMTP passwords and DKIM private keys carry additional application-level AES-256 encryption. Passwords are stored as hashes. API keys and credentials are never written to logs.
