Data Retention

Wennov retains message data according to your subscription plan and applicable regulations:

• ›Active conversations — stored while your account is active
• ›Message history — retained minimum 2 years for audit
• ›Deleted messages — permanently removed within 30 days
• ›Contact data — deleted 90 days after last activity upon request

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time:

• ›Individual messages can be deleted from the Inbox
• ›Conversations can be archived or deleted
• ›Full account deletion available in account settings (irreversible after 30 days)
• ›GDPR Right to Erasure requests honored within 30 days

SMS Compliance

Wennov SMS routing complies with: GDPR (EU data protection), local telecom laws via partner providers.

Data Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256). API keys and credentials are never logged.
